  • The self defence program develops fundamental methods to deal with common non-consensual social behaviour or aggressive situations. We teach ways to be responsible for your own safety and security even when faced with confrontation that may begin with verbal and extend to physical.

  • Yoga engages the entire mind, body, and spirit of each child. Classes explore connection to ourselves, each other and our environment through sound, movement, breathing, mindfulness, games and discussion.

    This December school holidays The Academy of Grounding is running an important interactive workshop that aims to arm our kids with principles of stranger awareness and safety when dealing with common non-consensual social behaviour or aggressive situations.

Our grounded kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are organized into three age groups: 2-4 years, 5-7 years, and 8-13 years. These classes focus on all aspects of the martial art. We also offer a weekly self-defense program, and there is a squad team for kids who want to take their practice of Jiu-Jitsu to another level.
